Job summary

ANG Signal is seeking a Cloud Architect to design, deploy, and manage secure, scalable cloud solutions in AWS with cross-cloud integration across Azure, GCP, and Oracle. You will drive migration projects, implement strong security controls, and align with FedRAMP/NIST standards for federal systems.

The role requires hands-on expertise in IaC, automation, and DevOps practices, plus collaboration with teams to optimize performance, resilience, and cost.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on cloud architecture experience, AWS focus.
• Experience with multicloud across Azure, GCP, Oracle.
• Federal agency experience and security compliance (FISMA, FedRAMP).
• Proficient in Python/Java scripting and automation.
• Strong networking, security, and incident response knowledge.
• Experience with CI/CD, IaC, and automation tooling.

Responsibilities

• Architect secure, scalable cloud solutions primarily on AWS with cross-cloud integration.
• Design multi-tier, fault-tolerant cloud applications using cloud-native services.
• Lead cloud migration efforts from legacy to modern cloud platforms.
• Ensure FedRAMP, FISMA, and NIST compliance for federal systems.
• Develop disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
• Implement cost optimization and performance tuning of cloud environments.
• Collaborate with DevOps to enable CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and automated deployments.
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities into cloud operations.
• Conduct security reviews, audits, and infrastructure assessments.
• Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and recommend improvements.
