Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. is seeking a Senior Cloud Administrator to support and implement M365 and Azure services with strong Exchange Hybrid expertise. You will manage cloud environments, collaborate across enterprise teams, and drive improvements in Microsoft cloud systems.

The role requires hands-on experience with PowerShell, Entra, DNS, AD/Azure AD, and security. Occasional after-hours work and travel may be needed as Penske provides enterprise IT solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 7+ years of equivalent experience in IT.
• 7+ years of experience in supporting applications and functions in the Microsoft SAAS and Azure Cloud.
• Cloud certifications such as MCSE, AZ-305, CCNA Cloud preferred.
• Strong experience implementing, monitoring, and maintaining Microsoft cloud solutions (Compute, Storage, Network, Security).
• Exchange 201X, Hybrid Exchange experience required.
• Expert PowerShell skills.
• Experience with DNS, DHCP, Kerberos, and Windows Authentication.
• Knowledge of VPN connectivity and client troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with on-prem Exchange, data center support, and integrating SaaS/cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support Exchange hybrid environment including mailbox moves, mail flow, and TLS/certificates.
• Implement and manage MS Entra Identity and Security, SSO integration.
• Administer cloud and on-prem solutions; follow Well Architected governance.
• Monitor and enhance security for MS 365 and Azure environments.
• Troubleshoot performance, connectivity, and security issues in M365/Azure.
• Work with teams to integrate cloud components into processes and procedures.
• Occasional nights/weekends and travel as required.
• Provide strong documentation and handoffs to engineering teams.
