Job summary

Harbor is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Contracts technology initiatives within its Corporate Legal Solutions practice. The role focuses on CLM readiness, system selection, data migration, and implementation, coordinating with clients and vendors to deliver value.

You will mentor junior staff, oversee projects, and contribute to business development while expanding Harbor’s market leadership in contract intelligence and AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in legal or consulting industry.
• 8+ years in legal technology assessments, requirements gathering, system design, configuration, implementation, testing, and deployment, with proven experience implementing contracting tools.
• Experience with Agiloft, Ironclad, Malbek, Luminance, Ivo; data migration and integration work streams preferred.
• Understanding of the AI contract technology landscape, including legal-specific platforms (e.g., Harvey, Legora).
• 8+ years in a customer facing role delivering projects and overseeing others.
• Four-year degree in Finance, Business, CS, Software Eng, Info Science, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, Data & Analytics, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of IT implementation methodologies (waterfall, agile, iterative).
• Experience leading technology implementation projects across workstreams; client relationship development.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead/oversee client projects from initiation to delivery.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resourcing, invoicing, and client communications.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, document processes, and define success criteria.
• Design technology-enabled processes and system integrations for CLM and AI workflows.
• Oversee data mapping, migration, and validation activities.
• Define change management strategy to ensure user adoption and smooth rollout.
• Develop training materials and conduct end-user training with vendors.
• Mentor junior staff and coaches team members toward delivery excellence.
• Support business development and contribute to practice growth.
