Job summary

Gosnold, Inc. in Centerville seeks a Clinician for an 8-hour shift to support initial evaluation, patient intake interviews, assessments, and treatment planning for individuals with addiction and mental health needs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling or related discipline is required.
• Five (5) years of supervised counseling experience in behavioral health.
• Licensure by Independent License, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing, implementing and modifying treatment plans and continuing care plans.
• Provide individual, group, family, marital, child and/or adjunctive therapies as needed.
• Conduct case management services and prepare discharge summaries.
• Provide crisis management for patients and on-call consults as required.
• Coordinate with referral sources and external providers to ensure coordination of patient services.
