Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in clinical vendor management and/or clinical financial management. Sponsor experience preferred.
• Extensive experience with vendor oversight and alliance management: vendor selection, RFPs, contract development, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage and contract with clinical vendors and manage relationships with vendor stakeholders.
• Manage the RFP and vendor selection process.
• Oversee negotiation and execution of contractual agreements and change orders.
• Establish governance with joint oversight committees to monitor service levels and KPIs.
