Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead client-embedded clinical trial efforts, ensuring delivery on scope, time, cost, and quality. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and maintain strong communication with sponsors to align expectations and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification.
• 8+ years’ experience including management and oversight of CROs and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary sponsor and vendor contact at the project level.
• Ensure escalation pathways are followed (Rules of Engagement).
• Define and communicate responsibilities for secondary project leads when needed.
• Drive and own overall cross-functional project delivery (time, cost, quality).
• Demonstrate financial stewardship through contracts, budgets and forecasts.
