Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Senior Clinical Trials Project Manager to lead the operational execution of a national Alzheimer’s prevention platform. This role will oversee multi-center trials, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure trials are delivered on time, on budget, and compliant with all requirements.

The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in multicenter interventional trial management, cross-functional leadership, and milestone-driven execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 3-5 years of clinical research experience required.
• Experience with regulatory submissions and trial governance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development of project documents, timelines, and manage scope changes.
• Oversee regulatory maintenance including IRB submissions, FDA submissions, and trial registrations.
• Monitor sub-sites on multi-center trials and ensure data quality and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and finalize comprehensive project plans with milestones and deliverables.
• Maintain records of internal and external communications for assigned trials.
• Develop Project Operating Planning Manual and lead site initiation meetings.
