Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Trials Project Manager to lead operational execution of a national Alzheimer's disease prevention platform. This role oversees multi-center trials, coordinates with investigators, sites, funding agencies, and vendors, and ensures study milestones are met on time and on budget.

The role requires deep expertise in multicenter interventional trial management, regulatory and contractual compliance, and strong cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required
• Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No
• Clinical Research Experience 3-5 years required
• Must be able to prioritize multiple, competing tasks with excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regulatory submissions, budgets, and contracts for multi-site trials.
• Monitor and manage study milestones and timelines across sites.
• Lead project planning, startup, implementation, and performance management of national trials.
• Maintain effective communication with Sponsors, Study Coordinators, and Principal Investigators.
• Present and lead site initiation or trial kick-off meetings.
