Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a Manager for HRI-Program Management to lead the research portfolio strategy and operational execution across the network. The role ensures timely trial activation, monitors accrual and performance, and maintains sponsor relationships to enable high-impact studies.

You will collaborate with medical directors, operations leaders, and service lines to integrate research into patient care and drive scientific, financial, and community benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years supervisory or team lead experience or program management experience is required.
• 5 years clinical research experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Designs, implements and manages systems for organizing, planning, and controlling workflow within the research division.
• Develops departmental processes for the conduct of clinical trials.
• Tracks productivity within the clinical trial portfolio assigned.
• Evaluates new protocols for operational feasibility and participates in protocol selection to meet department goals.
• Monitors activation of new clinical trials to ensure timely activation.
• Develops relationships with sponsors and partners and aligns new opportunities with investigators.
• Resolves concerns that hinder approved research from performing as intended.
• Tracks, analyzes and reports on operational metrics to influence strategy and funding for the research division.
