Job summary

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in trial management, 2+ years in leadership, and a strong background in nursing or public health, with experience interacting with sponsors

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Biology, and Public Health or related field required.
• Masters degree preferred.
• 6+ years of experience managing clinical trials, including 2+ years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage assigned clinical trial studies to ensure adherence to objectives and protocols.
• Establish and monitor clinical trial schedules, assignments, and resource allocation.
• Oversee enrollment and regulatory documentation for all subjects.
• Ensure studies comply with regulatory requirements and Good Clinical Practice.
• Act as liaison for pharmaceutical sponsors, provide status reports and safety trends.
• Monitor budgets and reimbursements related to trials.
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures for monitoring trials.
• Organize grant submissions and oversee site monitoring and recruitment.
• Oversee personnel functions including hiring, performance, coaching, and mentoring.
• Perform other related duties.
