Job summary

Artiva Biotherapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Clinical Trials Manager to oversee one or more clinical studies from protocol development through database lock. This role sits within the Artiva Clinical Operations team and requires leadership of CROs and internal staff.

The candidate will design study materials, ensure compliance with ICH GCP and FDA regulations, and manage data management and study logistics. Travel about 25% is expected, with a focus on delivering high-quality trial execution.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in life sciences or related field required.
• Minimum seven years of experience in clinical trial management.
• Experience in cell therapy, autoimmune disease, or rare disease preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee external vendors and CROs.
• Prepare study documents per ICH GCP and Artiva SOPs.
• Design study materials such as CRFs and source documents.
• Assist protocol development and IB updates.
• Monitor trials to ensure GCP/SOP compliance.
• Coordinate data management and study supplies.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and manage budgets.
• Maintain trial master file and regulatory compliance.
