Job summary

Folio Clinical Research is a leading urologic research network. The Lead Clinical Research Coordinator works under the PI to manage all clinical trial activities, ensuring compliance, quality, and efficiency. You will interact with patients during recruitment and consent processes and provide ongoing participant support.

You will lead regulatory compliance, coordination with sponsors and CROs, and oversee study meetings, timelines, and data integrity to drive successful trials.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of Clinical Research Coordinator experience.
• Experience with EDC, CTMS, and eTMF systems.
• Strong understanding of urology and related therapeutic areas.
• Deep knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with data management and Good Clinical Data Management Practices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory and sponsor compliance across the study.
• Maintain secure storage of study documents and consent forms.
• Support PI to meet IRB approvals and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with Sponsors, CROs, and internal teams.
• Participate in SQVs, SIVs, IMVs and other study meetings.
• Identify obstacles and propose creative solutions to keep timelines.
• Manage inventory and equipment for the study.
