Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 5 years of relevant clinical research experience, or 4 years with ACRP or SOCRA certification.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 60 days of hire.
• Knowledge of ICH guidelines for ethical conduct of research.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and develop study-related budgets and consent documents.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate strategies for recruiting and screening study participants and coordinate activities for trials.
• Serve as primary point of contact for adverse events and mentor staff on informed consent.
• Arrange tests and procedures per protocol and report results to investigators.
• Perform clinical lab activities and maintain study supplies and equipment.
• Maintain documentation and communicate with sponsor representatives throughout studies.
