Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in health-related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Clinical Research preferred.
• Experience with clinical trials and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to recruit and interact with study participants.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical trials to ensure smooth execution and compliance.
• Collect and manage data from studies including case report forms.
• Interact with study participants to explain objectives and ensure adherence.
• Coordinate with laboratories and ensure protocol adherence and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate research records including drug dispensation and sample handling.
• Manage supplies and equipment to support trials and site operations.
• Take part in feasibility assessments, start-up visits, and trial closeouts.
