The role requires a BA/BS in a science or healthcare field and 2+ years in a senior clinical data or regulatory position, or 4+ years in clinical research. Strong attention to detail and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in science or healthcare required or equivalent.
• 2+ years in senior clinical data coordination or senior regulatory role, or 4+ years in clinical research.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service focus.
• Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee clinical operations of assigned trials.
• Ensure informed consent is obtained and documented.
• Schedule tests and procedures per protocols and coordinate with study team.
• Maintain accurate study records in trial management systems and other required systems.
• Monitor compliance with protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with sponsors, IRB, and study personnel as needed.
