Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate (Sr. CRA) in the United States for site management, monitoring, and close-out of investigator sites to ensure patient safety and high-quality study execution. The role requires Oncology experience, strong GCP knowledge, and 60–80% travel within the area.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the SCP and study team, managing site relationships, and ensuring timely TMF submissions and QA. Bachelor’s degree in life sciences is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or professional degree in life sciences such as nursing, pharmacy, medical is required.
• Minimum 3 years site monitoring experience in clinical research, preferably in oncology.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monitoring at assigned investigator sites from activation to database lock.
• Serve as primary point of contact for investigator sites and coordinate with SCP and study team.
• Ensure site compliance with protocol, SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and coaching to site personnel on protocols and patient safety.
• Attend investigator meetings and support site activation, recruitment and monitoring activities.
• Prepare and submit TMF documentation and site reports within required timelines.
• Support data queries, site close-out, and site issue resolution.
