Senior Clinical Trial Recruitment Representative

We are seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Recruitment Representative to join our diverse and dynamic team. In this role, you will develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and engage participants for clinical trials, directly impacting the success of our studies through timely and effective participant enrollment.

Location: Onsite - San Antonio, TX

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract suitable participants.
  • Collaborate with clinical and research teams to identify recruitment challenges and optimize strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment data to evaluate strategy effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Create and manage relationships with external partners and community organizations to enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Provide guidance to site staff on recruitment best practices and participant engagement techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in life sciences, clinical research, public health, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in clinical trial recruitment with a strong understanding of recruitment strategies and participant engagement.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with a proven ability to meet enrollment targets.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience using recruitment metrics to inform strategies.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills to build relationships and foster collaboration.
