Job summary

Barrington James is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Manager in the San Francisco Bay Area with a hybrid work arrangement to own and drive clinical trials from start-up to execution. The role focuses on hematology and oncology programs within a growing biotech environment.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of CTM experience in biotech, strong CRO/vendor management skills, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to ensure milestones and high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Clinical Trial Manager.
• Biotech experience required.
• Hematology and Oncology clinical trial experience required.
• Experience managing trials from start-up through execution.
• Strong CRO and vendor management experience.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
