Why this role matters.
The Senior Clinical Trial Manager will lead day-to-day clinical trial operations for assigned early-phase studies of our gene-editing therapeutics in rare genetic diseases. Reporting to the Senior Director of Clinical Operations, this role will be responsible for study execution from start-up through close-out, including site oversight, CRO and vendor management, trial documentation, timelines, budgets, and operational issue resolution.
In our lean biotech environment, this role requires a hands-on clinical operations leader who can manage multiple aspects of trial execution while partnering closely with internal teams, investigative sites, CROs, laboratories, and external vendors.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $165,000–$185,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors. very employee is eligible for a bonus and new hire equity. We pay about 90% of medical, dental, and vision premiums and fund the full deductible on our HSA plan. You'll also get 12 weeks of parental leave at full pay, paid parking or transit, a 401(k) match, and discretionary time off.
