Job Title: Senior Clinical Trial Manager

Location: Northern California (Remote Flexibility)

We are seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Manager to lead a Phase 1b clinical program focused on rare disease. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you will work cross-functionally and closely with executive leadership to drive study execution and contribute to strategic planning.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the primary operational lead for a Phase 1b clinical study
• Oversee study start-up, vendor management, and clinical site activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Regulatory, Medical, and Clinical Development
• Participate in high-level strategy discussions and planning
• Ensure timelines, quality, and compliance across all trial activities

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of independent (study lead) experience in clinical trial management
• Strong Phase 1/early development experience preferred
• Experience in rare disease or small biotech environments is a plus
• Located in Northern California (hybrid remote/onsite flexibility available)
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
