Job summary

Lilly is seeking an Associate Director, Clinical Development Trial Lead (CDTL) to independently lead cross‑functional study teams in complex trials, ensuring quality, on‑time delivery and adherence to budgets. You will collaborate across regions and functions to drive enrollment, risk management and continuous process improvements.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in clinical research, a scientific/health background, and strong project management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (scientific or health-related field preferred).
• 5+ years clinical research experience or relevant experience in a scientific or health-related field.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Expected onsite at Stamford, CT or Indianapolis, IN; relocation assistance may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional study teams to deliver clinical milestones.
• Develop and monitor global trial enrollment plans across geographies.
• Oversee trial budgets and change control processes.
• Ensure trial master file readiness and inspection readiness.
• Coach and develop CDTLs and cross-functional team members.
• Identify risks and implement continuous improvement actions.
