The position provides supervision and mentorship to unlicensed therapists, manages high acuity or specialized cases, develops and implements individualized treatment plans, and leads individual, group, and family therapy interventions. In addition, the position delivers after-hours crisis coverage, conducts specialized assessments, and supports staff managing high-risk situations. The position also coordinates care with community partners and interdisciplinary teams, conducts trainings, ensures documentation meets legal and professional standards, and contributes to program development and evaluation—all while delivering evidence-based, field-based services in the community to stabilize and advance client recovery.
