Job summary

The Senior Associate Dean for Clinical Systems at Oregon Health & Science University School of Dentistry leads strategic planning, innovation, and clinical growth across the SoD, ensuring alignment with OHSU Health.

Working with the Dean and Academic Systems leadership, this role holds final accountability for enterprise-wide clinical standards, accreditation, and governance. It drives partnerships to advance education, patient care, and technology integration.

Qualifications

• DDS, DMD or equivalent; MBA or master’s in health administration required.
• Oregon Dental License or ability to obtain before start date.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role in academic dentistry or a complex healthcare system.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role in the academic environment at a dental school or equivalent in industry.
• Strong operations management and organizational development skills.
• Motivational leadership and systems thinking.
