Regional Behavioral Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Senior Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) for our Meadville, PA center-based program. You will provide clinical leadership, supervise RBTs and BHTs, and guide treatment plans while collaborating closely with families and the care team.

The role focuses on mentoring clinicians, maintaining high-quality ABA services, and contributing to RBC's mission-driven culture with opportunities for growth and a supportive leadership network.

Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible in PA.
