Merck in Rahway, NJ is seeking a senior Clinical Trial Project Manager to lead the operational planning and execution of clinical trials. You will drive timelines, manage risks, and coordinate with study teams, vendors, and country/site teams to meet study objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of pharmaceutical, clinical drug development, project management, and/or medical field experience.
• -OR- Master's Degree and 3+ years of pharmaceutical, clinical drug development, project management, and/or medical field experience
• -OR- PhD/PharmD Degree
• Degree in life sciences, preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational planning and execution of clinical trials.
• May serve as the clinical trial team lead.
• Coordinate study planning, timelines, and site selection activities.
• Lead timeline management, risk identification and mitigation.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support study objectives.
