Job summary

Lilly is seeking a Clinical Project Statistician in Indianapolis to develop protocol designs and data analysis plans. You will work with physicians and researchers to establish reporting databases and analyze data for clinical studies.

You will design trials, select statistical methods, and collaborate across teams to ensure data quality, regulatory readiness, and timely communication of results to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Statistics or Biostatistics with at least 1 year of experience in Clinical Research and Development.
• Proficiency in statistical programming languages/software (SAS, R, Spotfire, WinBUGs).
• Ability to design protocols, perform analyses, and communicate results clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide input on study protocols, design studies, and write protocols for conduct.
• Select statistical methods, author protocol sections, and perform analyses.
• Collaborate with data sciences for data quality assurance and regulatory submissions.
• Lead projects, communicate results, and present at scientific meetings.
