What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical, educational, clinical, and sales support to meet sales and customer service objectives for Cardiac Ablation Solutions
- Represent the employer during ablation procedures, offering troubleshooting and technical assistance
- Educate and train physicians and hospital staff on technical matters relating to products and procedures
- Collaborate with sales representatives to update them on procedures and promptly communicate issues requiring follow-up
- Promote the safe and effective use of products while understanding sales objectives to achieve goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma plus a minimum of 8 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales in the cardiac field; OR
- Associate degree plus a minimum of 6 years of related work experience; OR
- Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 4 years of related work experience
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory
- Ability to interact with personal computers and move freely throughout the facility
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Preference for local candidates and those with prior experience at the employer
- B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or technical discipline with a minimum of four years’ experience in the cardiac field
- Proven track record with technical training assignments
- Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support
