Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Site Manager (Sr. CRA) for a home‑based role with a preference for candidates located in São Paulo, Brazil. You will be the primary local contact for trial sites, ensuring site readiness and regulatory compliance across study start-up through close-out.

You should have a BA/BS in a scientific field and 2+ years of clinical trial monitoring experience, with 3–5 years preferred, and strong IT skills for trial systems. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical trial monitoring experience required; 3-5 years preferred.

Responsabilités

• Acts as primary local company contact for assigned sites.
• Participates in site feasibility or Site Qualification Visit.
• Attends investigator meetings and may present materials.
• Executes site initiation/start-up activities and monitoring (including remote).
• Manages site activation, training records, and collaboration with trial team.
• Contributes to site recruitment strategy and contingency planning.
• Ensures timely data entry and resolution of site queries.
• Maintains trial documents and communications with stakeholders.
• Supports CAPA, QA site audits, and close-out activities.

Formation

BA or BS in Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences or related field
