Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associate Site Manager (CRA - Monitor de Pesquisa Clinica I) based in São Paulo. This entry-level role connects the Sponsor with trial sites to ensure readiness, compliance with protocol, SOPs and GCP across study start-up to close-out.

Responsibilities include site initiation, monitoring (on-site and remote), site activation, training coordination, and collaboration with the Local Trial Manager and other trial team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year clinical trial monitoring experience.
• Basic working knowledge of GCP and SOPs.
• Proficiency in English and local language required.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary local contact for assigned sites for trials.
• Participate in site feasibility and Site Qualification Visit.
• Attend investigator meetings as needed.
• Execute site initiation and start-up activities per SOPs and GCP.
• Monitor sites (including remote) and support close-out activities.
• Collaborate with LTM, CTA and TDL to manage trial site activities.
• Ensure site staff training and training records are complete.
• Document and communicate site progress and issues to the trial central team.
• Travel as needed for monitoring visits and site activations.
