Job summary

Pulse Biosciences is seeking a Sr. Manager, Clinical Site Development to lead identification, activation, and performance support of clinical sites for IDE and post-market trials.

This field-based role requires coordinating with investigators, coordinators, physicians, nurses, and hospital staff to establish strong site relationships and ensure successful study execution. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in clinical research or medical device site management, experience with IDE/pivotal

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science, healthcare, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in clinical research, site management, or medical device trials.
• Experience with IDE/pivotal or post-market studies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop clinical sites across assigned territories, assessing investigator experience, patient population, and facilities.
• Establish enrollment pathways and address operational barriers to site activation and study enrollment.
• Maintain relationships with investigators, coordinators, physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators to ensure program success.
• Lead site initiation, activation, and readiness activities with the In-House Clinical team and CROs.
• Monitor site commitments, milestones, and performance; escalate risks to management as needed.
