Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Principal Clinical Scientist to lead clinical trial strategies within the US and EU regions for the Danaher Diagnostics Neurodegenerative program. You will drive study designs, ensure regulatory compliance, and achieve milestones for pivotal clinical studies in these markets.

The role is remote based (onsite in Chaska, MN optional) with the Danaher Diagnostics team, offering a comprehensive benefits package and a base annual salary of $120K–$130K, plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field with 9+ years in clinical research.
• Experience with US/EU trials in diagnostics, medical devices, or pharma.
• Strong written and verbal communication for cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead clinical studies and evidence strategies for global regulatory submissions (FDA 510(k)/PMA, CE‑IVDR).
• Serve as scientific liaison with regulatory bodies and key opinion leaders; develop protocols and evidence plans.
• Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Quality, and Commercial teams to align programs with product development and market access needs.
• Author and review clinical/regulatory documents to support clearance and commercialization.
• Mentor junior scientists and maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory standards and diagnostics technologies.
