Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director, Clinical Science, to support ongoing and future clinical development in rare diseases. You will work with cross-functional study teams on trial design, translational and clinical data analyses, and interpretation of results, ensuring studies adhere to Good Clinical Practice.

Qualifications

• PhD, PharmD, or MD in a related life science discipline required (or equivalent).
• 4+ years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical science components of assigned study plans and protocol design.
• Review, interpret and summarize clinical trial safety and efficacy data.
• Coordinate clinical science activities, timelines, and deliverables across study teams.
• Support study conduct in accordance with protocols and GCP.
• Lead preparation and scientific review of reports and ClinicalTrials.gov summaries.
• Contribute to INDs, NDAs, BLAs and regulatory submissions.
• Build and maintain relationships with alliance partners and external collaborators.
• Contribute to manuscripts and scientific presentations.
• Additional duties as needed.
