Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to manage investigator sites for multiple trials. You will monitor site performance, ensure adherence to GCP, and support patient safety and data quality throughout site activation, conduct, and close-out.

This role requires collaboration with the Site Care Partner and study team to optimize patient enrollment and site performance. The ideal candidate will have a life sciences degree and at least 2 years of site monitoring experience, with

Qualifications

Extensive knowledge of clinical trial methodologies, ICH/GCP, FDA and local country regulations.
Monitoring Experience: Minimum 2 years relevant experience in clinical research site monitoring.
Fluent in English and in the native language(s) of the country they will work in.
Ability to travel 60-80% of the time.
Valid driver’s license and passport required.

Responsibilities

Ensure proper conduct of clinical trials in accordance with SMP, laws, GCP and sponsor standards to meet timelines and quality.
Manage operational aspects from site activation through database lock, ensuring timely, quality deliverables.
Serve as primary site contact during study conduct and coordinate with SCP to ensure site delivery quality.
Interface with study team, vendors and sites to ensure smooth information flow.
Coach and train site personnel to ensure protocol compliance and patient safety; address protocol questions.
