Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Principal Research Scientist ONC - Clinical Development Scientist (Sponsor Dedicated/ Remote US) to coordinate the full spectrum of bioanalytical method development and validation activities per client requests and timelines.

You will leverage clinical trial design knowledge, contribute to protocol development, and support regulatory submissions while ensuring GCP compliance and SOP adherence across projects.

Qualifications

• PharmD or PhD with 3+ years in clinical research or clinical pharmacology in biopharma, healthcare, consulting, academia or related environment.
• MS with 6+ years' relevant scientific and/or drug development experience.
• BS or RN with 8+ years' relevant scientific and/or drug development experience.
• Experience in Multiple Myeloma and/or CAR-T Therapy preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel and analytical software (e.g., Analyst).
• English level: bilingualism; able to communicate on technical topics both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Develops a solid understanding of clinical trial design and supports study concept documents and clinical protocols.
• Participates in protocol review meetings, contributing to scientific rationale and study design discussions.
• Assists in preparation of study protocols, amendments, investigator meeting materials, and other trial documentation.
• Contributes to CRFs, Data Management Plans, and Statistical Analysis Plans under supervision.
• Supports responses to investigator inquiries on scientific, clinical, and procedural aspects of studies.
• Assists in preparation and review of data outputs, summary reports, manuscripts, and scientific presentations.
• Provides support in development and review of regulatory submission documents.
• May coordinate project teams and provide direction on assigned activities.
