Job summary

The Senior Human Research Program Manager at the Bodansky Laboratory within the UCSF Department of Pediatrics leads the human research portfolio and CHAMP program. With high autonomy, you set strategy, governance, infrastructure, and performance standards across prospective clinical research, CRC operations, multi-protocol participant and biospecimen workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in human-subjects research or clinical operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs and multi-protocol operations.
• Advanced knowledge of regulatory requirements and governance structures.
• Proven ability to design and implement programs across boundaries.
• Exceptional communication and diplomacy in a pediatric environment.
• Ability to manage autonomy with discretion and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Bodansky Laboratory's human research portfolio and CHAMP program.
• Set strategy, governance, infrastructure, and performance standards.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, biospecimen workflows, and data quality.
• Advise Principal Investigator on risk, resources, and priorities.
• Build scalable systems as programs grow and partner with institutions.
