• Knowledge of federal regulations governing clinical research.
• Ability to lead, manage and evaluate department operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple related projects aligned to institutional objectives.
• Prepare reports on project status and activities.
• Establish practices, policies, and partnerships to carry out functions.
• Prepare estimates and detailed project plans for all phases.
• Procure resources to achieve objectives within timeframe.
• Monitor staff performance and conduct reviews.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, QA/QC monitoring and regulations.
• Maintain internal controls and adherence to university policies.
