Job summary

Brown University Health is seeking a Sr. Clinical Research Program Coordinator to lead a program involving tuberculosis, HIV, and NTMs, managing study workflows, regulatory filings, and data quality across local, national, and international sites.

The role supports protocol development and site activation while ensuring timely attainment of project goals. The candidate will oversee coordinating with international partners, preparing grant components, and training staff on research methodologies;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Three years minimum experience in study coordination, including conduct of clinical trials.
• Strong background in managing large-scale research programs and collaborating with faculty, staff, and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with research-related software and databases; STATA preferred.
• Experience with IRB and research compliance.

Responsibilities

• Independently leads implementation of multiple research studies.
• For local trials: leads team in completing protocols and safe patient care related to research participants.
• Recruitment and documentation for eligible study participants.
• Provide education and training to personnel and participants in research methodologies.
• Assists with national/international study coordination, grants, and regulatory submissions.
• Coordinates meetings and communications between international partners and investigators.
