Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 5–7 years of related experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Familiarity with NYC area, particularly Bronx and its residents.
• Proficiency with data collection instruments and data management software such as REDCap.
• Strong knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with community engagement and staff supervision.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical research operations across clinic, community, office, and field settings.
• Coordinate staff schedules and workstation assignments to ensure coverage.
• Monitor clinic schedules and equipment calibrations; address operational issues.
• Conduct quality control checks for protocol and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor study progress and address operational barriers to timelines.
• Train new staff on procedures, policies, and data systems.
• Develop and implement recruitment and retention strategies.
• Maintain enrollment tracking systems and coordinate follow-up activities.
• Manage data collection and data quality metrics; ensure consistency.
• Generate routine and ad hoc reports and communicate progress to leadership.
