Job summary

Revival Research Institute, LLC is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator to manage interventional trials at our Elgin site. The role requires independent ownership of assigned protocols, site initiation through close-out, and strong data and regulatory management.

You will coordinate screening, consent, data entry (EDC), monitoring visits, and IP accountability while ensuring HIPAA compliance and study integrity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Clinical Research Coordinator on industry-sponsored trials.
• Experience independently obtaining informed consent for interventional protocols.
• Proficient with EDC platforms and data capture.
• Experience hosting monitoring visits and resolving monitoring findings.
• Solid knowledge of ICH-GCP E6(R3) and 21 CFR Parts 11/50/54/56/312; HIPAA.
• Phlebotomy competency; IV certification preferred.
• MS Office proficiency; strong communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Elgin, Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Screening, recruitment, and enrollment; obtain informed consent and conduct study visits per protocol.
• Data collection and entry into EDC; resolve sponsor queries.
• Host monitoring visits and address CRA findings; ensure quality.
• Maintain trial regulatory binders, quality control, and documentation.
• Communicate with sponsors, CRAs, labs, and vendors; submit regulatory documents.
• Manage investigational product receipt, dispensing, and accountability.
• Maintain knowledge of GCP and FDA regulations; complete required training.
