Job summary

Revival Research Institute, LLC is hiring an experienced site-based Clinical Research Coordinator to lead interventional trials from initiation to close-out. The role requires coordinating multiple studies, ensuring protocol adherence, and supporting investigators and staff.

The ideal candidate will have independent consent experience, proficiency with EDC, and strong regulatory knowledge. On-site work in Southfield, MI is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Clinical Research Coordinator on industry-sponsored interventional trials.
• Experience independently obtaining informed consent.
• Hands-on experience with EDC platforms.
• Monitors visits and resolves monitoring findings independently.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA 21 CFR Parts 11/50/54/56/312, and HIPAA.
• Phlebotomy competency and IV certification preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Southfield, Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Screening, recruitment, and enrollment with informed consent.
• Data collection, source documents, and EDC data entry.
• Maintain regulatory binders and quality control at trial level.
• Communicate with sponsors, CRAs, labs, and vendors; prepare regulatory submissions.
• Manage investigational product receipt, storage, and accountability.
• Maintain knowledge of ICH-GCP and FDA regulations; training.
• Communicate with participants and protect confidentiality.
