Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and four years of relevant experience.
• Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications.
• Lead experience with clinical trials or complex research study experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead implementation of complex research protocols and maintain high standards of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple data collection efforts.
• Develop interim reports for principal investigators, industry sponsors and IRB.
• Coordinate data collection across multiple sites and collaborating institutions.
• Oversee recruitment of human subjects/participants.
• Supervise assigned research staff and provide training.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, IRB and related requirements.
