Job summary

UC Irvine is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Coordinator to support SSIHI's clinical trials, coordinating data management, recruitment, and regulatory compliance. You will work under the Director of Outcomes Research to ensure protocol adherence, protocol-specific data collection, and comprehensive trial documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Current nationally-recognized clinical research coordinator certification (ACRP or similar).
• 5–7 years of related clinical research coordination experience.
• Experience with integrative health research.
• Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of GCP, SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage Phase I–IV protocols per GCP and SOPs.
• Maintain data integrity and trial documentation in the CTMS (OnCore).
• Support recruitment, screening, consent, and patient questionnaires.
• Serve as liaison to sponsors, regulatory bodies, and study teams.
