Job summary

University of California, Irvine (UCI) invites applications for a Clinical Research Coordinator role within the Susan Samueli Integrative Health Institute (SSIHI). You will coordinate clinical research and trials, ensuring accurate data submission to study sponsors and quality control across CRFs and EDC systems.

You will work with the PI, study team, and regulatory groups (IRB, FDA) to support all data management aspects and maintain OnCore-tracked trial information.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of medical terminology and ability to read progress notes in patient charts.
• Ability to interact with the public, faculty, and staff.
• Experience with clinical research and data management.
• Familiarity with clinical trial management systems, preferably OnCore.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical research and trials in the SSIHI.
• Collect and coordinate data submission to study sponsors; ensure quality control.
• Maintain CRFs and sponsor EDCS; manage data in OnCore.
• Support PI and study coordinators on data management tasks.
• Communicate with multi-level research network and regulatory bodies (IRB, FDA).
• Maintain clinical trial information in the trial management system and ensure policy adherence.
