Job summary

GI Alliance is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to support and coordinate daily clinical trial activities under the Site Manager and Principal Investigator. You will manage participant visits, data collection, and sponsor relations, ensuring regulatory compliance and protocol adherence.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years CRC experience, with familiarity in phlebotomy and urology preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 5+ years of CRC experience; phlebotomy preferred; urology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a reference for study participants and informs them of study progress.
• Maintains ongoing communication with sponsors, Site Manager, and PI.
• Manage day-to-day activities of the study including problem solving, communication and protocol management.
• Support the Clinical Research Manager with administrative oversight (timecards, supplies, visit scheduling).
• Provide day-to-day operational support, helping staff interpret study protocols, procedures, and SOPs.
• Ensure safety data is reviewed by the PI in a timely manner.
• Manage trials end-to-end including participant visits, data collection, source documentation, and sponsor relations.
• Train and mentor new CRCs, including shadowing and protocol-specific training.
