Zusammenfassung

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC II) in Rochester, NY to coordinate daily clinical trial activities under the PI and Clinic Manager. You will manage start-up, monitoring, and close-out, while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality study conduct.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in a clinical research environment, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office; knowledge of GCP and regulatory requirements is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in scientific, health related, or business administration
• At minimum, associate’s degree and/or related industry experience

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and oversee daily clinical trial activities
• Serve as primary coordinator on assigned studies
• Mentor and train CRC I staff
• Lead study start-up, monitoring visit prep, and close-out activities
• Maintain study documentation according to SOPs
• Adhere to GCP and regulatory guidelines
• Work closely with study team members
• Solve routine or new problems using existing procedures
• Complete study-related administrative tasks
