Syneos Health in the United States is seeking an Experienced Clinical Research Associate to join our regionally aligned team. You will perform site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits, ensuring GCP compliance and data integrity across multiple studies.

This role offers travel up to 75%, collaboration with site staff and sponsor teams, and involvement in IP inventory, ISF/TMF reconciliation, and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field; knowledge of GCP/ICH Guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent computer, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75% regularly.

Responsibilities

• Performs site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, site management and close-out visits (on-site or remote).
• Verifies informed consent and protects participant confidentiality.
• Conducts Source Document Review and ensures accurate data entry and query resolution.
• Manages IP inventory, labeling, and storage per protocol.
• Reviews Investigator Site File and reconciles with TMF.
• Supports recruitment, tracking observations, and action item resolution.
• Participates in meetings and ensures audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
