Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate (Sr. CRA) in Hartford, CT to lead site management, monitoring, and close-out of clinical trials. You will ensure patient safety and high-quality study conduct in line with GCP, SMP, and sponsor standards, while maintaining strong investigator relationships.

Responsibilities include activation to database lock, site training, risk mitigation, and close collaboration with the SCP and study team to achieve enrollment and data quality goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of clinical research site monitoring experience; oncology preferred.
• Fluency in English and local language(s) of the country they work in.
• Willingness to travel 60–80% within the area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monitoring at investigator sites from activation to database lock.
• Serve as primary contact for investigator sites and coordinate with the SCP.
• Ensure patient safety, protocol adherence, and data quality under GCP and SMP.
• Maintain site relationships and site staff engagement to meet enrollment milestones.
• Manage site reports, TMF documentation, deviations, and close-out activities.
• Provide investigator site training and risk mitigation in partnership with the SCP.
• Support recruitment activities and site development as needed.
• Possibly perform unblinded monitoring when appropriate.
