Parexel is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate (Sr. CRA) to oversee site monitoring and close-out of assigned investigative sites, ensuring patient safety and quality study execution in line with GCP and sponsor standards.

This role collaborates with the Site Care Partner and study team to drive enrollment, data integrity and site satisfaction. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of site monitoring experience in clinical research, with oncology exposure and fluency in English and local

Competenze

Minimum 3 years of site monitoring experience in clinical research.
Oncology experience preferred.
Global clinical trial experience preferred.
Fluent in English and local language(s).
Knowledge of ICH/GCP, FDA regulations.
Willingness to travel 60-80%.
Valid driver’s license and passport.

Mansioni

Oversee site monitoring and study conduct from activation to database lock.
Serve as primary point of contact for investigator sites and coordinate with SCP.
Ensure patient safety and data quality per SMP and sponsor standards.
Manage site development, training and issue resolution with site personnel.
Prepare site reports, monitoring visits and close-out activities.
