Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with hiring managers and serve as a subject matter expert in recruitment/HR matters

  • Source, screen, prequalify, interview, and evaluate candidates for employment
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent via social media, networks, and outreach
  • Build and manage partnerships with leaders, hiring managers, and HR team
  • Attend conferences and job fairs to promote Mary Free Bed and recruitment marketing
  • Manage data in the ATS to minimize time-to-fill and ensure a world-class candidate experience
  • Develop relationships with colleges/universities for future sourcing
  • Mentor TA team members and share best practices
  • Support recruitment operations in absence of TA Manager/Director
  • Collaborate with TA Manager/Director on strategic projects
  • Responsible for hiring director+ roles when applicable
  • Determine weekly hot jobs and talent pool needs
  • Provide Panel Interview Training and onboarding for new leaders

Summary

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will perform the full lifecycle recruitment process while building and maintaining excellent relationships with hiring managers, candidates, external partners and the Mary Free Bed community.

This individual will help lead the Talent Acquisition team and will be instrumental in providing high quality candidates to fill hiring needs by implementing targeted sourcing initiatives, leveraging social networking, and other recruitment tools with sense of urgency, enhancing the hiring manager and candidate/customer experience. Provides guidance for the day-to-day operations and decisions of Talent Acquisition Coordinator and Talent Acquisition Specialists.

Essential Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the full lifecycle requirement process for assigned departments/open positions
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with hiring managers and serve as a subject matter expert in recruitment/HR matters
  • Consult and partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to obtain pertinent information that will aide in drafting postings, sourcing, and qualifying active and passive candidates
  • Source, screen, prequalify, interview, and evaluate candidates to determine their competencies and qualification for employment.
  • Proactively search active and passive talent to develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates across client groups and levels within our organization
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top clinical and non-clinical talent, leveraging social media platforms, professional networks, direct candidate outreach, market research, and other recruitment channels.
  • Build and manage productive partnerships with organizational leaders, hiring managers, and HR team
  • Attend high value conferences and job fairs to promote and recruit for the Mary Free Bed and Rehabilitation Professionals systems. Designs and updates effective marketing to attract qualified candidates
  • Manage data integrity within the applicant tracking system, managing each candidate’s movement through the recruitment process to minimize time to fill and provide a world-class candidate experience
  • Develop professional relationships with colleges and universities, and networks with other professional recruiters and agencies for future sourcing of high-quality candidates
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Provides mentorship, guidance, and subject matter expertise to Talent Acquisition team members and serves as a resource for recruitment best practices.
  • Supports recruitment operations and provides support in the absence of the Talent Acquisition Manager/Director.
  • Work with Talent Acquisition Manager/Director to determine strategic projects and goals for recruitment
  • Responsible for hiring of director and higher roles within the organization, when applicable.
  • Work with Talent Acquisition Specialist to determine weekly hot jobs and needs to fill talent pool
  • Responsible for Panel Interview Training and onboarding new leaders onto recruitment process
