Waters Corporation seeks a Principal Clinical Technical Specialist to review clinical records for compliance with service protocols and to support timely investigations with the Quality Group across domestic and international sites. The role is remote-based with flexible location.

Requires a bachelor’s degree in science and 3+ years in complaint handling or record review; LC/MS instrumentation experience or training on Waters instruments; strong communication and organizational skills are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or related field.
• 3+ years in complaint handling, record review, or project management.
• Experience with LC/MS instrumentation or ability to train on Waters instruments.
• Experience in biotech/medical device/pharma complaint handling preferred.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Results oriented with teamwork.
• Strong networking and customer interaction skills.
• Proven work ethic and cross-group collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Review and close customer complaints within Compass.
• Review non-complaint clinical records for internal process adherence.
• Provide metrics related to clinical record reviews.
• Collaborate with Quality to ensure investigations meet regulatory requirements domestically and internationally.
• Conduct real-time installation reviews of clinical systems during installation.
